​What should I expect in my first session?
Your first visit includes a detailed consultation, assessment, and a full acupuncture treatment. Herbs may be recommended if appropriate.
How many treatments will I need?
- Chronic pain: often immediate results, followed by 4–8 sessions.
- Hormonal conditions: 1–2 cycles.
- Skin conditions: 6–12 weeks or longer.
​Is it covered by insurance?
Yes — most extended health plans cover acupuncture. Direct billing available.
What does it cost?
- Initial Visit: $120
- Follow-Up: $100
- Herbal Medicine (if needed): priced per formula
​Does acupuncture hurt?
Most patients feel very little — many fall asleep during treatment.
